Shipping Charges

Processing Time
We handcraft our candles with care, so please allow time for preparation:

Once your order is dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:

Order Tracking
Stay updated on your order’s journey:

- Dispatch Notification: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS
- Track Anytime: Use the tracking link to monitor your package in real-time

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery:

The courier partner may vary based on your pincode and order size.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Planning a large order for weddings, corporate gifting, or events?
- Quantity: 10+ candles qualifies as a bulk order
- Processing: We’ll contact you to confirm the timeline before dispatching
- Custom Packaging: Available on request for corporate orders
- Special Pricing: Contact us for bulk order discounts

Important Shipping Information
Delivery Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Include landmarks if your area is difficult to locate
- Provide an active phone number for delivery coordination
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- If you’re unavailable, they will contact you to reschedule
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us (return shipping may apply)
PO Box & APO Addresses
- We currently do not ship to PO Box or APO addresses
Packaging & Handling
We take extra care to ensure your candles arrive safely:
- ✅ Each candle is wrapped in protective honeycomb paper
- ✅ Fragile stickers are applied to all packages
- ✅ Orders are securely packed to prevent damage during transit
Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video showing date/time stamp, and we’ll make it right. See our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.
Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- Extreme weather conditions

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
