How It All Started
Vanavayu wasn't born in a boardroom. It began with a question: Why do most candles leave us with headaches instead of calm?
We discovered that most mass-produced candles use paraffin wax - a petroleum byproduct that releases harmful toxins when burned. We knew there had to be a better way. A cleaner way. A way that honors both the people who light these candles and the planet we share.
So we went back to basics. We chose 100% pure soy wax plant-based, renewable, and kind. We selected fragrance oils that meet global safety standards. We designed reusable glass jars that continue to serve you long after the final flame flickers out.
And we named it Vanavayu from the Sanskrit Vana (forest) and Vayu (breeze) because every candle we make carries the essence of nature's most peaceful moments.

When I first started making candles, I had no grand business plan. I just wanted to create something I'd actually want in my own home — something pure, something beautiful, something that didn't feel mass-produced.
